You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment designing, building, and implementing best-in-class integrations to accelerate how project44 connects to the world’s logistics networks. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Key accountabilities: What you’ll work on</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, build, and operate backend systems that power decision intelligence capabilities, using AI and analytics to help customers make informed, timely, and confident supply chain decisions</li> <li>Build services and workflows that reduce manual effort and enable action, empowering customers to collaborate more effectively with carriers and partners across the supply chain</li> <li>Own and modernize core platform services, such as identity and access management (IAM) and search infrastructure, ensuring they remain secure, scalable, and extensible as new decision intelligence capabilities are introduced</li> <li>Transform large-scale logistics data into actionable insights and outcomes, supporting use cases such as recommendations, decision support, and automated actions</li> <li>Partner closely with product, data, and design to translate ambiguous customer problems into well-scoped, scalable technical solutions</li> <li>Build and operate systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging managed services to deliver reliable and scalable backend solutions</li> <li>Take shared ownership of development, testing, deployment, and operations for the systems owned by your team</li> <li>Participate in a team on-call rotation, debugging and resolving issues across your team’s services</li> <li>Improve observability, monitoring, and operational tooling to ensure system reliability and a strong on-call experience</li> <li>Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and documentation, helping set a high bar for quality and maintainability within the team</li> <li>Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technic
