Reporting to the Quality Engineering Manager, you will be part of our <strong>Network Control & Usage Squad</strong> which has the mission to enhance global connectivity with optimised performance, reliability, and compliance across diverse geographies and network conditions. This squad ensures that Wireless Logic can meet the connectivity demands of global customers.</p> <p><strong>Your Daily Quest:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Champion a <strong>whole-team approach</strong> to quality, ensuring testing and quality considerations are part of the conversation from day one.</li> <li><strong>Partner</strong> with developers during design to build testability and observability into the product from the start, not bolt it on afterward.</li> <li>Build and maintain internal testing <strong>tools/frameworks</strong> that raise the bar for the whole squad, not just your own test suite.</li> <li>Define <strong>test</strong> <strong>strategy</strong> for the squad, balancing unit, integration, and E2E coverage for maximum confidence with minimum maintenance burden.</li> <li>Analyse failure patterns and flaky tests to drive systemic fixes, not just re-runs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Note: </strong>This is not a manual test execution role — we're looking for someone who treats quality as an engineering discipline</p> <p><strong>The Secret Sauce (Key Experience & Skills):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong agile testing mindset with a <strong>shift-left</strong> and <strong>automation first</strong> approach.</li> <li>Experience leveraging <strong>AI-assisted development</strong> tools to design, generate, and optimise automated tests, improving coverage and maintainability.</li> <li>Experience incorporating <strong>API</strong> tests and <strong>Database</strong> queries into automated tests.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Java/JavaScript/TypeScript</strong> including ability to review product code.</li> <li>Highly <strong>self-driven and independent</strong>, with ownership of outcomes and results.</li> <li>Strong technical <strong>communication skills</strong>.
