We're looking for the <strong>Senior Product Owner </strong>for one of Customer’s Investments and Pensions products.</p> <p><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own one of Customer’s Investments and Pensions product areas end-to-end, from problem discovery to<br>delivery, adoption, and measurable business impact.</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of your product area (customers, market, regulation, competitive<br>landscape) and identify the highest-leverage opportunities across the broader domain.</li> <li>Shape and maintain a value-driven roadmap, balancing strategic bets, improvements, and<br>platform/operational needs; align stakeholders through clear narratives and trade-off decisions.</li> <li>Set and track quarterly OKRs with your Engineering Lead, ensuring plans are grounded, measurable,<br>and connected to Raisin’s strategy; you’re accountable for outcomes, not just output.</li> <li>Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics, Operations,<br>Legal/Compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.</li> <li>Communicate effectively through written product artifacts (e.g., PRDs, user journeys, wireframes,<br>sequence diagrams, experiment plans, and release notes), providing enough clarity to enable autonomous<br>team execution while keeping scope focused and aligned.<br>Profile Description:</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of Product Management hands-on experience leading a cross-functional team.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and scaling complex products that combine deep<br>technical systems, non-trivial business logic, and high operational or regulatory constraints.</li> <li>Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (Engineering, Design, Business, Compliance,<br>Legal, Marketing, Executive Leadership) and drive cross-functional alignment on product vision and<br>prioritization.
