ABOUT US Harmonic is the startup discovery engine. It pains us to see great startup opportunities consistently go unfunded not because of lack of talent, but lack of signal. We're fixing that by mapping the entire startup landscape and building the tools that put the right companies in front of the right people at the right time. Investors, corporate development, and GTM teams use us to find breakout companies before they're obvious and turn that discovery into action. Whether that's a check, an acquisition, partnership or won business. We’re growing revenue at a rate of 100%+ annually, backed by $30M from Craft, Floodgate, and Sozo Ventures. We're committed to ensuring hundreds of billions of dollars find the right founders, so the innovations that matters most flourish. If that resonates, let's talk. ABOUT THE TEAM This is one of the earliest product hires Harmonic will make, joining a two-person team with real influence over what ships for our customers. You'll sit at the epicenter of Harmonic's own data moat, customers ranging from the most influential people in tech to some of the most important companies in the industry, and boundary-pushing AI experiences we get to help build. On a team this size, ownership doesn't end when something ships, but continues into how customers actually live and build with Harmonic's data every day. We judge product work by what customers do with it after we launch. WHO YOU ARE - You have around 5-6 years of product experience, including meaningful time in a growth-oriented PM role ideally at a SaaS or B2B company. - You understand customer segmentation. You can get to the bottom of what different types of customers actually need, and you know how to work with design and engineering to turn that into prioritized features. - You're comfortable owning work end to end, not just building product, but running customer interviews, sitting in on sales calls and pilots, and partnering closely with go-to-market, design, and engineering. - You balance qualitative and quantitative signal well. Handed a messy pile of raw product data, you come back with clear insights and next steps the team can actually act on. - You're cracked with AI and love to use and experiment with the latest. You can vibe code a prototype well enough to prove out an idea and get others to see what you see. - You have real product and design instincts, and you know how to reduce friction in the parts of the product customers touch first, like onboarding. - You have an ownership mindset and are comfortable operating in ambiguity, especially early on, when this role runs more on evidence and influence than on a dedicated team. What You'll Do - Spearhead the growth strategy and product initiatives that expand us into new customer segments while going deeper with the ones we already have, through how they work with Scout, our AI research agent. - Own how we understand our customers, starting with their first Scout demo and following through however their usage grows from there. Sit in on demos and sales calls, collaborate with GTM and EPD to separate what we should action on now from longer term product roadmap goals. - Learn how customers actually use Scout, the features they lean on and where they get stuck, and turn that into anything from small notifications to product changes that keep them coming back. - Own the dashboards and metrics that show how each customer segment, including the ones just discovering Scout, is converting, onboarding, and engaging with the product, and define what a healthy, growing account actually looks like. - Shape and defend evidence-backed priorities in roadmap conversations, working directly with product leads to help decide what we build next. - Clear the path on the product side of the deal cycle: spot what's blocking deals, get ahead of security and procurement asks, sharpen our product materials, and help pilots convert to full customers. - Run the campaigns that drive awareness and activation across our existing customers, especially getting more of them into Scout regularly, from outreach to office hours to personalized messaging, partnering with growth and product to get more usage in product.
