Ebury helps ambitious businesses unlock global growth, and we take the same approach with our people. We encourage innovation and movement, collaboration and problem-solving, and foster an environment where everyone can feel they belong, are valued, supported and empowered to succeed.

If you’re a collaborator who wants to help transform how businesses operate globally, get in touch - we’d love to discuss how Ebury can accelerate your career so you can shape the future.

Senior Product Manager - Client Platform

Product

Ebury Valencia Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

Do you want to own the products that make sure every message we send a client - lands, matters, and gets acted on? Do you look at how a business communicates with its clients today and see the future it could become - richer, faster, more connected - before anyone else does?

If you are result oriented, a problem solver hungry to turn something that already works into something that scales, then Ebury is the place for you!

We are seeking a Product Manager to own the Comms product area within Client Platform, reporting directly into the domain product lead. Comms is the voice of Ebury - every notification, document, and message that reaches a client, across every channel we use to reach them, including the live chat clients use to talk to our customer servicing team on the online platform. Your mandate is bigger than any single channel: build Comms into the connected communications layer that the rest of the platform relies on, starting with Push Notifications, Attachments, Statements, and in-platform Chat as standalone, independently scalable services, and growing from there as new channels and client needs emerge.

What you’ll do

Product Vision & Strategy

You will own the Comms product area end to end - the why, the what, and the how - reporting directly into the Client Platform domain product lead.

You will set the long-term vision for how clients and internal teams communicate across Ebury - and what that experience should feel like a few years from now, not just what it needs to do today.

You will define and prioritise the roadmap to stand up Push Notifications, Attachments, Statements, and in-platform Chat as scalable services in their own right, alongside evolving the existing Email service - and identify what comes next as the platform and client expectations grow.

You will learn how these capabilities work today, spot where they're holding the business back, and design the services that unlock what comes next.

Execution & Delivery

You will work embedded with Engineering, not handing off requirements and waiting - shaping the technical approach together, staying close enough to the architecture and trade-offs to make sharp calls in the moment, and unblocking delivery from the inside rather than from a spec.

You will set the success metrics for Comms (deliverability, engagement, latency, reliability) - track them, and let data drive what you prioritise and how you measure impact.

You will work across teams to make sure Push, Attachments, Statements, and Chat each become services the rest of the platform can build on, not just features that happen to exist.

You will stay grounded in the mechanics of communications infrastructure - delivery, templating, channels, compliance - while always asking how each service fits the wider platform.

You will gather feedback from the teams and clients you serve, run your Show & Tell, and be the go-to person for your product.

What you'll need

We're not looking for someone to simply maintain an inbox. We need a product manager who can take capabilities that already work and turn them into standalone, scalable services the whole platform can rely on.

Product Management: Minimum 2-3 years in Product for a fintech or SaaS business, ideally with experience taking an existing capability and re-platforming or scaling it, OR a strong engineering/technical background moving into product, comfortable owning ambiguous scaling problems.

Builder's instinct: you know how to take something that already works, re-architect it as a standalone service, and grow it without breaking what clients depend on.

Technical fluency: you're comfortable in architecture discussions, can follow a system diagram or a code review, and work with engineers as a peer, not just a stakeholder handing off a spec.

Systems thinking: you understand how communications channels (email, push, documents, live chat) connect to the rest of a platform, and design for the long term. Comfort with comms/messaging infrastructure (email delivery platforms, push notification services, document generation, live chat or case-management tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or similar) as context for the work.

Metric-driven: you set baselines, define targets, and let the numbers - not opinions - decide what to build and whether it worked. Comfortable using modern tools, including AI, to work faster and sharpen your thinking. Strong cross-functional influence across engineering and other product teams.

Why Ebury?

Competitive Starting Salary with an annual discretionary bonus that truly rewards your performance from day one.

Dedicated Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced managers who are invested in your success.

Cutting-Edge Technology: Leverage state-of-the-art tailor made tools and systems that enable you to perform at your best.

<str
