We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market.</p> <p>With over $100M in TCV secured within 12 months, and a new $50M Series B led by Highland Europe, Unframe is rapidly scaling globally alongside Fortune 500 customers, backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV.</p> <h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2> <p>As a Senior Product Designer at Unframe, you'll design clear and intuitive enterprise products for complex AI-powered workflows.</p> <p>You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, customers, and other designers, owning projects from early ideas through launch and iteration.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Design end-to-end workflows for enterprise and AI-powered products.</li> <li>Turn complex business and technical requirements into simple user experiences.</li> <li>Design data-heavy interfaces.</li> <li>Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma.</li> <li>Work with and improve our existing Design System.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and customers to validate ideas and ship quickly.</li> <li>Identify product gaps and help shape better solutions.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h2> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience designing complex web-based products.</li> <li>A strong portfolio showing product thinking, complex workflows, and polished UX/UI.</li> <li>Experience with enterprise, B2B, internal tools, or data-heavy products.</li> <li>Strong Figma and Design System skills.</li> <li>Ability to own ambiguous problems from discovery through delivery.</li> <li>A pragmatic and collaborative approach to design.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and curiosity about AI products.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice to have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience with AI, automation, developer tools, CRMs, or BI products.</li> <li>Experience with roles, permissions, approvals, or audit logs.</li> <li>Experience working directly with enterprise customers.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why join us?</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Real ownership from day one.
