This global footprint—anchored by our <strong>nearshore </strong>model—enables us to deliver at scale with the speed, efficiency, and cultural alignment our clients expect.</p> <p><strong>About the job</strong><br> </p> <p>Goods & Services is looking for a <strong>Senior Mobile Engineer (AI-Assisted)</strong> to design, develop, and maintain a cross-platform mobile application serving both iOS and Android users. The ideal candidate has strong experience building production-ready mobile applications using React, TypeScript, and Capacitor, and has successfully managed deployments to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.</p> <p>This role requires a hands-on engineer who is comfortable working across web and mobile technologies, developing native integrations when needed, and maintaining high standards for code quality and type safety.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android using React and Capacitor.</li> <li>Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance user interfaces using React 18 and TypeScript.</li> <li>Develop and maintain native mobile integrations and Capacitor plugins as needed.</li> <li>Configure and manage build environments using Vite.</li> <li>Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.</li> <li>Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance across mobile platforms.</li> <li>Manage mobile application releases, updates, and deployments to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.</li> <li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of software engineering experience, including mobile application development.</li> <li>Strong experience with React 18 in production environments.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and strict typing practices.</li> <li>Hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Capacitor.</li> <li>Experience building and maintaining cross-platform applications for both iOS and Android.</li> <li>Experience creating or customizing Capacitor plugins and native integrations.</li> <li>Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, performance optimization, and debugging.</li> <li>Experience managing application deployments and releases through both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.</li> <li>Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD practices.</li> <li>AI- Assisted Development experience required: Candidates must be fluent in VS Code and GitHub Copilot beyond basic autocomplete. Required skills include creating Copilot instruction files to provide repository context, building reusable prompt libraries for frontend/mobile architecture, and leveraging Copilot Agent workflows to generate high-quality TypeScript, React components, and mobile plugin code.</li> </ul>
