This role sits at the intersection of Product, Customer Engineering, Architecture, and Software Development, with responsibility for building the next generation of capabilities spanning Privacy, Consent, Risk, AI Governance, and Compliance solutions.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">You will lead multiple engineering teams, establish technical direction, scale modern engineering practices, and drive execution against some of OneTrust's most strategic customer commitments. Align technical investments with product strategy, customer needs, and long-term platform objectives while ensuring predictable delivery and operational excellence.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Build High-Performing Engineering Teams: </strong>Recruit, develop, and retain world-class engineers and technical leaders. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, innovation, continuous learning, and engineering excellence. Champion modern software engineering practices across the organization.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Lead AI-Powered Engineering Transformation: </strong>Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices across engineering teams. Establish standards, governance, and success metrics for tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Devin, Cursor, Windsurf, and emerging AI engineering technologies.
