Working with product management and market-facing stakeholders, the Lead Product Owner translates roadmap initiatives and projects into actionable development work, produces and maintains product artifacts, and drives delivery — while market-facing direction, priorities, and customer strategy are set jointly with in-market leadership.</p> <p>On the coordination side, this role supports and oversees the product-owner process for the India-based team: scheduling and facilitating agile ceremonies, acting as a quality gate on product development lifecycle (PDLC) artifacts, and building a strong product-owner community of practice. This is a coordination and enablement role; it does not carry direct people-management responsibility.</p> <p>The ideal candidate understands manufacturing operations, ERP systems, and agile product development, and is comfortable working across technical teams, product owners, and in-market product leadership.<strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p><strong>Product Execution (Labeling Product Line)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform product-management execution for the labeling product line in partnership with in-market product leadership.</li> <li>Translate roadmap initiatives and projects into epics, user stories, and a well-formed backlog.</li> <li>Produce and maintain product artifacts, working with in-market leadership to close market-facing gaps.</li> <li>Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and fixes in line with roadmap direction set with in-market leadership.</li> <li>Work with tech leads and development teams to plan sprints across multiple months.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Product Owner Coordination & Enablement (Both Product Lines)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and support the product owners working across the labeling and corrugated product lines in India.</li> <li>Schedule, facilitate, and oversee agile ceremonies — Program Increment (PI) Planning, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews.</li> <li>Review and act as a quality gate on the completeness and quality of PDLC artifacts.</li> <li>Build and support a product-owner community of practice — shared standards, templates, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Help product owners grow in their craft through coaching, feedback, and shared best practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Agile Development Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with engineering, QA, UX, and architecture teams during sprint planning, development, and release cycles.</li> <li>Coordinate with product managers, tech leads, and development teams in Program Increment planning.</li> <li>Participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.</li> <li>Clarify requirements and ensure development teams understand the desire
