Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Design, you'll set design vision and direction for how organizations equip their people with in-demand skills, building and coaching a team of product designers along the way.</p> <p>This is a people-leadership role first: you'll spend most of your time growing designers, shaping team culture, and connecting design work to business outcomes.
