This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday as a scalable, automated, and data-driven system across the employee lifecycle.</p> <p data-start="633" data-end="837">You will play a critical role in enabling a high-growth organization by ensuring system integrity, operational efficiency, and visibility into workforce data through advanced analytics and integrations.</p> <h3 data-section-id="t87hgr" data-start="844" data-end="858">The Role</h3> <p data-start="859" data-end="1131">This role owns the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of Workday across Core HCM and related modules.
