This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality implementations across commercial and personal lines of business. The Senior Developer provides advanced technical expertise in PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, and platform extensions, ensuring adherence to Guidewire best practices and development standards. Our teams bring deep technical expertise, delivery discipline, and a collaborative approach to every engagement.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What you do</span></h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead development and configuration of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions across commercial and personal lines.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Design and implement integrations and platform extensions using Guidewire Cloud best practices.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure adherence to coding standards and development quality.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues, performing root-cause analysis and resolution.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions within established timelines.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to technical documentation and support continuous improvement of development practices.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What you bring</span></h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, Billing Center and ClaimCenter, including Cloud implementations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong experience supporting multiple lines of business such as Personal Auto, Home, Commercial Auto, BOP, or Workers’ Compensation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Advanced expertise in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter configuration, integrations, and Guidewire data models.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in Gosu, Core Java, and Guidewire product model design and development.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span></p> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Location and Work Authorization</span></h1> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a hybrid role- required to be in office for 1st week or orientation and potential intermittent client travel.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
