This role involves creating seamless and secure solutions and ensuring delivery of exceptional user experiences. As a full-stack developer, you will work across the stack, contributing to both the front-end and back-end architecture and implementation. This is an opportunity to participate in a fun, demanding, fast-paced environment for individuals who thrive on new challenges and creative solutions.</p> <p><u>Responsibilities</u></p> <ul> <li>Architect, design and develop RESTful API Endpoints, ensuring high performance, scalability and maintainability.</li> <li>Collaborate with other Front-End Engineers and develop dynamic, responsive and user-friendly web applications.</li> <li>Define Data Models and database schemas and manage relational databases or NoSQL databases ensuring data integrity and performance.</li> <li>Create and maintain documentation of application design, configuration and maintenance.</li> <li>Provide accurate timelines for specific tasks assigned.</li> <li>Participate in scheduled on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.</li> </ul> <p><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></p> <ul> <li>8+ years professional experience working with medium/large complex code bases</li> <li>Proven experience in Full Stack development</li> <li>Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Go, or Python</li> <li>Experience in REST API design and implementation</li> <li>Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in React</li> <li>Knowledgeable in UI/UX design principles</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Desire to collaborate and to develop strong and positive team relationships</li> <li>Attention to detail, organizational skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.</li> </ul> <p><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></p> <ul> <li>BS or MS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.</li> <li>In-depth database management, cloud technologies (AWS), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)</li> <li>Knowledge of React best practices, and ability to explain them to other developers</li> <li>Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines</li> <li>Automated deployment tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins)</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>At SIE, working with our partners, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. <br><br>Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.<br><br>In addition, this role is eligible for benefit offerings that include medical, dental, and vision.
