<p> </p> <p><strong>What Impact You'll Have</strong></p> <p>Northstrat, a GRVTY company is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both back-end and front-end development, bringing a wealth of knowledge in multiple programming languages and frameworks. This role demands a self-starter who can take vaguely defined tasks and independently deliver high-quality solutions.</p> <p>The program helps to produce Mission Management web applications for the Intelligence Community, leveraging cloud-based microservices architecture. The program is l looking for Mid-Sr. level DevOps Engineer experienced in CI/CD Pipeline to add to their software development team for the Williamsburg contract. This DevOps Engineer will assist in development, standardization, maintenance, and implementation of CI/CD pipeline across program areas. The program emphasizes innovation and looks for individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural.</p> <p><strong>What You'll be Owning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and build an automated CI/CD pipeline to deliver complex software products into a production environment.</li> <li>Continue development and maintenance of the automated software build process using tools such as, but not limited to GitLab, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and other related CI/CD tools.</li> <li>Automate continuous integration, deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications and services.</li> <li>Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of code across environments to include the production environment.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and automation.</li> <li>Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.</li> <li>Continuously improve and optimize infrastructure and automation processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Must Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 or more years of DevSecOps experience</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field) from an accredited university.</li> <li>Minimum of four (4) years designing, documenting, and developing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery Pipelines for complex software applications</li> <li>2+ years of experience with CI tools such as the DevOps build tools in GitLab or Jenkins including installation and administration, and facilitating developer training</li> <li>2+ years integrating Security Scans (SAST and DAST) into a CI/CD Pipeline;</li> <li>Experience with automated configuration processes and tools such as Ansible or PowerShell</li> <li>Experience evaluating and designing CI/CD pipeline for on-premise and cloud computing systems</li> <li>Experience applying and knowledge of applicable security controls for securing Federal and DoD government systems</li> <li>Experience with designing, implementing, and supporting a DevSecOps environment (code repository, binary repository, continuous integration/delivery, error tracking)</li> <li>A willingness to learn and stay abreast of industry trends is also required.</li> <li>Strong skillset with DevOps Pipelines</li> <li>Solid command of standard CI/CD tools (Terraform, Ansible, Git, Jenkins, etc.)</li> <li>Ability to build code pipelines and support deployment activities.</li> <li>Ability to write scripts in Powershell, Bash, Python, or similar.</li> <li>Experience with producing and refining Agile product backlogs and interacting with Product Owners</li> <li>Willing and able to obtain Security+</li> <li><strong>Must have an active or current Top-Secret clearance with SCI access with a FS/Poly no exceptions</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>What Would be Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of technologies such as Java, Python, React</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively across multiple constituencies.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation</li> <li>Active Top-Secret clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph (FSP)</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p></p> <p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors—such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.<br>We’re proud to offer a work environment that empowers our team to achieve a strong work-life balance.
