<p></p> <div> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Senior Data Engineer<br><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Snowflake, DBT, Data Migration, Data Architecture, SQL, Data Quality<br><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ YOE.<br><strong>Location:</strong> Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, and Bolivia.<br><strong>Mode:</strong> Remote.</p> <p>We at Coforge are hiring <strong>Senior Data Engineer (#22643)</strong> with the following skill set.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>· Lead and support enterprise data platform migration initiatives.<br>· Develop, optimize, and maintain DBT models within Snowflake environments.<br>· Design and implement scalable data solutions that improve platform performance and reliability.<br>· Identify and address data architecture gaps, technical debt, and data quality issues.<br>· Build and enhance data transformation processes following modern data engineering best practices.<br>· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migration and modernization efforts.<br>· Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and platform performance.<br>· Establish and promote data quality, governance, and operational excellence standards.<br>· Support analytics and reporting platforms by ensuring trusted, high-quality datasets.<br>· Contribute to architecture decisions and continuous improvement of the data ecosystem.</p> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong><br>· 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related data platform roles.<br>· Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT.<br>· Proven experience supporting data platform migration and modernization projects.<br>· Strong SQL skills and experience developing complex data transformations.<br>· Solid understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data quality frameworks.<br>· Experience designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines.<br>· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.<br>· Experience working with enterprise-scale data environments.<br>· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.</p> <p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong><br>· Experience with Tableau, including extract optimization and incremental refresh strategies.<br>· Experience with Power BI, including dataset optimization and refresh management.<br>· Knowledge of data governance, observability, and monitoring frameworks.<br>· Experience improving platform scalability, performance, and reliability.<br>· Exposure to cloud-based analytics and modern data platform ecosystems.</p> <p><strong>Posted On:</strong> 14-08-2026</p> <p>At Coforge, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and qualifications and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.</p> </div>
