One Profit Engine.</strong></em></p> <h3>Your responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>You own the two-way synchronisation service between Salesforce and our core platform</li> <li>You build new features from scratch and continuously improve the existing codebase — hands-on coding, not configuration</li> <li>You translate business and user requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, working with a distributed engineering team</li> <li>You take on underutilised platform features and cut technical debt</li> <li>You identify and resolve technical issues, optimise system performance and secure data integrity</li> <li>You mentor team members and keep technical documentation accurate and current</li> <li>You assess new Salesforce ecosystem releases and decide what's relevant for our platform</li> </ul> <h3>What you bring</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, most of it writing custom code rather than configuring</li> <li>Deep command of Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS — plus the confidence to work in the Aura and Visualforce code you'll be migrating away from</li> <li>Strong SOQL, SQL and relational data modelling, and a solid grasp of event-driven architecture where Salesforce meets external systems</li> <li>Strong knowledge of SFDC Flows, Metadata API and Salesforce APIs, working within release management and Scrum</li> <li>AI-native working style — you use coding agents and LLM tooling daily and have real judgement about where they accelerate you and where they don't</li> <li>English at C1 level or above, and an established entity in Brazil able to invoice in euros</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salesforce certifications</li> <li>Experience with Agentforce or Einstein AI features</li> <li>Spanish as an additional language</li> </ul> <h3>What you get</h3> <ul> <li>Fully remote from anywhere in Brazil on a freelance contract</li> <li>Architecture ownership from day one</li> <li>An engineering culture where AI tooling is embedded in how the work gets done</li> <li>Direct access to the European engineering team — no client-vendor layer in between</li> <li>Initial 12-month contract with possibility of extension</li> <li>Competitive hourly rate aligned with senior market rates</li> </ul> <p><strong>Apply now — your CV is enough</strong></p> <h1 data-start="165" data-end="204"><span style="font-size: 14px;">.</span></h1>
