Working closely with cross-functional Agile teams, you will help design and execute solid test strategies, perform end-to-end testing, and ensure our upcoming product go-lives are smooth and risk-free.<br><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Strategy &amp; Planning</strong>: Analyze client and business requirements to build pragmatic, effective test strategies tailored to complex web products.</li> <li><strong>Testing Execution</strong>: Design and execute UI, backend, and API tests across multi-layered web applications.</li> <li><strong>Agile Integration</strong>: Active participation in Agile ceremonies (sprints, grooming, retrospectives) within the development team to advocate for quality from day one.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional</strong> <strong>Collaboration</strong>: Partner closely with developers, Data Scientist, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify risks, resolve issues, and align on release readiness.</li> </ul> <div><br><strong><u>Key Requirements</u></strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong> <strong>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline</strong> (or equivalent practical experience).</li> <li><strong>Experience</strong>: 3 to 4 years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience.</li> <li><strong>Core Technical Skills</strong>: <ul> <li>Proven track record testing complex UI web applications and backend system architectures.</li> <li>Strong expertise in API testing.</li> <li>Programming or scripting experience (Web UI, API, Data Pipelines).</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Certifications: ISTQB Foundation Certification </strong>(Required).</li> <li><strong>Soft Skills</strong>: Team-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and proven success working alongside cross-functional teams in high-stakes project environments.</li> </ul> <div><br><strong><u>Tech Stack &amp; Tools</u></strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Test &amp; API Tools</strong>: Postman, Bruno, TestRail</li> <li><strong>Monitoring &amp; Logs</strong>: Elasticsearch, Datadog</li> <li><strong>Data &amp; Cloud Infrastructure</strong>: SQL, Azure Data Factory, Databricks</li> <li><strong>Project Management &amp; Code</strong>: Jira, JavaScript</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 8pt; color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-RH1 #LI-HYBRID</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">To support our permanent, full time employees at every stage of their careers and lives, we provide a competitive total rewards and benefits package.
