Key Responsibilities Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects and support project/design management activities. Assist with project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting. Support proposal engineering, proposal preparation, and writing. Coordinate meetings and follow up with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports. Support business development and proposal activities. Assist in coordinating project documentation and communication across different teams. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil/Structural Engineering. - 3–4 years of relevant experience. - Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects; high-rise building experience is preferred. - Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering coordination. - Experience with planning, scheduling, and project monitoring. - Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. - Knowledge of document control platforms is a plus. - Good digital skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & SharePoint. - Knowledge of Primavera, AutoCAD, and InDesign. - PMP or a similar professional qualification is a plus.
