Company Profile: Our client is a US-headquartered company founded in 2024 by healthcare professionals who understood firsthand the challenges nurse practitioners face in securing and managing collaborative physician relationships. Their platform simplifies this process with instant matching to verified physicians, transparent pricing, dedicated support, and a secure, compliant system. Duties & Responsibilities: Product Ownership • Own and groom the product backlog across our core pillars (Daily Moves, Referral Builder, Psychology Today Optimizer, Website Builder, Reviews, Community Groups, Analytics), translating roadmap themes into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Prioritize features and fixes in partnership with the Product Director, balancing member impact, business goals, and engineering capacity. • Run or support sprint ceremonies (planning, backlog refinement, review) and act as the point of contact for engineering/design questions during build. • Track feature delivery against the published roadmap (e.g., Growth OS phases, Website Builder phases) and flag risks early. • Independently lead end-to-end initiatives from research through launch, exercising judgment on scope and trade-offs with minimal oversight. Business Analysis • Analyze member behavior, funnel data, and feature adoption to identify what's working and where members drop off (e.g., Free-to-Pro conversion, Academy completion, tool activation). • Turn research (competitor builders, forum feedback, member interviews) into structured requirements and business cases the team can act on. • Define and track success metrics for new releases — activation rate, retention/streaks, referral attribution, CE pathway readiness, and similar KPIs. • Document current-state vs. future-state workflows for complex initiatives, such as the CE (continuing education) credit pathway. UX & Product Design Collaboration • Partner with design/engineering to ensure new features follow a coherent, member-first experience — especially across the 5-pillar Learn → Put it Live → Master loop. • Review and pressure-test flows (onboarding, wizard based intake, template gallery, dashboard) against healthcare-specific UX requirements: mobile-first, fast load, clear trust signals, HIPAA-safe language. • Run lightweight usability reviews or member feedback sessions to validate design decisions before and after launch. Product Marketing • Develop positioning, messaging, and launch plans for new features and pricing tiers (Starter vs. Pro), in close coordination with the Founder. • Own go-to-market execution for releases — landing page updates, in-app announcements, email/lifecycle campaigns, and sales enablement content. • Craft and refine core narrative and proof points (member testimonials, ROI stats, competitive differentiation vs. Wix/Squarespace/Durable) across marketing surfaces. • Collaborate on content strategy for the Growth Academy and public marketing site to support acquisition and activation goals. Requirements • 5 years minimum of experience in a role blending product ownership, business analysis, and/or product marketing — ideally within a SaaS, digital health, or marketing technology environment. • Experience with AI-assisted product features (prompt-driven content generation, AI coaching, etc.). • Demonstrated experience writing user stories, requirements, or PRDs, and working directly with engineering and design teams through a build cycle. • Working knowledge of UX principles and the ability to give informed feedback on flows, wireframes, and prototypes (you don't need to be a designer, but you need a strong eye for member experience). • Marketing or MarTech background — comfortable with positioning, messaging, lifecycle/email marketing, conversion funnels, and campaign execution. • Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with product and marketing metrics (activation, retention, conversion) to inform decisions. • Excellent written communication — able to turn research and roadmap concepts into clear, structured documentation. • Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where priorities can shift as we learn. Advantageous or Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience: • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or a regulated industry (familiarity with HIPAA-safe content practices). • Familiarity with tools such as Jira/Linear, Figma, Amplitude/Mixpanel, and email/lifecycle platforms. • Reporting & Working Relationships • Reports directly to the Product Director. • Works in close, ongoing collaboration with the Founder on product direction, positioning, and strategic priorities. • Partners cross-functionally with engineering, design, and content/marketing contributors.
