Join our design team to shape how users engage with recommendations, making them personalized, contextual, and relevant.</p> <p>As a<strong> Product Designer L2 </strong>/<strong>Senior Product Designer, Trip Marketing</strong>, you’ll lead the design of cross-sell and recommendation across all of our user touchpoints. You’ll partner closely with engineers, user researchers, and product managers to design interactions that feel human, helpful, and seamless.</p> <p>This is a hands-on role where you’ll set UX strategy, drive complex design initiatives, and ensure our experiences are intuitive, scalable, and grounded in user needs.</p> <p><strong>Experience Requirements &amp; Role Expectations:</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred.</li> <li>Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces, and independently deliver pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions. You sweat the details and care deeply about craft.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>You are highly experienced in UI design, with deep knowledge of design patterns and a creative approach to solving problems through user interfaces.</li> <li>Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands-on experience running user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights to inform design decisions.</li> <li>Take full ownership of the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery. You’ll set the design vision, define the user experience, and ensure high-quality execution.</li> <li>Partner with Product managers to shape product vision and roadmap.
