It detects patterns, anticipates what’s coming, and guides members toward better health through timely, personalized actions.</p> <p>To the member, it feels like a single, ever-present guide.</p> <p>Under the hood, it’s a coordinated system of AI agents and human care working as one.</p> <p>We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to help define and build the core intelligence system at the heart of Twin.</p> <p>This role sits at the intersection of:</p> <ul> <li>LLMs and agent systems</li> <li>Human + AI orchestration</li> <li>Real-time health guidance</li> <li>Voice and conversational interfaces</li> <li>Platform and developer ecosystems</li> </ul> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Define how the Digital Twin behaves across text, voice, and proactive experiences</li> <li>Build specialized sub-agents that plug into the core Digital Twin</li> <li>Create the platform and primitives that enable teams across Twin to build agents safely and quickly</li> <li>Push the boundaries of what’s possible with modern AI systems in healthcare</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define the Digital Twin intelligence system <ul> <li>Translate the core loop—<strong>Sense → Understand → Decide → Act → Learn</strong>—into a scalable agent system</li> <li>Define how the Digital Twin reasons, responds, escalates, and coordinates across experiences</li> <li>Shape the future of AI-driven health guidance across text, voice, and proactive interactions</li> </ul> </li> <li>Build specialized agent systems</li> <li>Sensor intelligence</li> <li>Scheduling and coordination</li> <li>Nutrition</li> <li>Exercise, sleep, and stress</li> <li>Insights</li> <li>App help and operational support</li> <li>Care-team interaction orchestration</li> <li>Build the platform that enables the company</li> <li>Create the foundations that allow PMs and teams to build on top of the Digital Twin</li> <li>Establish primitives for: <ul> <li>Agent creation and orchestration</li> <li>Memory and personalization</li> <li>Evaluation and monitoring</li> </ul> </li> <li>Define next-generation conversational experiences <ul> <li>Build deeply personalized experiences across chat, two-way voice, and ambient guidance</li> <li>Define conversation patterns and interaction models that feel natural, trusted, and useful</li> </ul> </li> <li>Operate at frontier speed <ul> <li>Rapidly move from insight → prototype → experiment → production</li> <li>Partner deeply with AI Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Product teams</li> <li>Continuously evaluate emerging capabilities across LLMs, speech, memory, and agent systems</li> </ul> </li> <li>Establish metrics and evaluation systems for: <ul> <li>Guidance quality</li> <li>Conversation effectiveness</li> <li>Problem resolution</li> <li>Behavior change</li> </ul> </li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years in Product Management (or equivalent impact), including significant experience building AI-native products</li> <li>3+ years building and shipping products powered by:</li> <ul> <li>LLMs</li> <li>Agents</li> <li>RAG</li> <li>Personalization systems</li> </ul> <li>Track record of owning complex, system-level products</li> <li>Experience shipping conversational or voice experiences with measurable impact</li> <li>Strong product judgment and analytical instincts:</li> <ul> <li>Experimentation</li> <li>Evaluation design</li> <li>KPI definition</li> </ul> <li>Builder mindset—you move from concept to shipped system quickly</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation and Benefits&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The compensation range for this position is $205,000 - $240,000 annually.&nbsp;</p> <p>Twin has an ambitious vision to empower people to live healthier and happier lives, and to achieve this purpose, we need the very best people to enhance
