This individual is responsible for driving product development from conception through launch and beyond. The PMT leverages data-driven insights to define product strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives. They collaborate closely with engineering teams, translating customer needs into detailed technical requirements and specifications. A critical aspect of this role involves fostering cross-functional collaboration, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and influencing without direct authority. The PMT is expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of software development principles, analyse complex data sets, and drive decision-making based on measurable outcomes.
