* Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. * Create work breakdown structures (WBS) and project timelines. * Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against the baseline schedule. * Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, design, and project management teams. * Identify potential delays and propose recovery plans. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management. * Track project milestones and critical paths. * Support resource planning (labor, materials, and equipment). * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. * Ensure projects comply with contractual deadlines and client expectations.
