The AIOMs are responsible for ensuring that our customers’ end-users successfully adopt and derive meaningful, measurable value from Glean’s AI solutions. The AIOMs perform the following types of activities: End-user training enablement (company and function sessions, search, chat and agent content), prompt and agent advisory/building and value realization.
