Our team of 50+ Software Engineers and Quantitative Researchers thrives on solving complex mathematical and logical challenges. You might be a recent graduate or someone with little to no professional Software Engineering experience. In this position, you will: Learn to develop high-performance trading software with C#, Golang and Rust; Solve mathematical, algorithmic, and engineering problems; Work alongside experienced Software Engineers and Quantitative Researchers; Learn how asynchronous and high-performance systems work in practice; Investigate performance bottlenecks across software and infrastructure; Gradually take ownership of real production systems where microseconds matter. Requirements Strong mathematical and logical problem-solving skills; Basic programming knowledge in any general-purpose programming language; Ability to break down complex problems and reason about them systematically; Strong motivation to learn software engineering and new technical concepts; Proficiency in English; Availability to work on-site at our Simbiocity Vilnius office. You will stand out if you have ( not required ): A strong academic background in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering; Achievements in mathematics, informatics, physics, programming, or similar competitions; Experience solving algorithmic problems or participating in competitive programming; Interesting academic or personal technical projects; Exceptional academic results or other achievements demonstrating strong problem-solving ability.
