Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.</p></div><p><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Role Overview:</span></strong></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Sony Interactive Entertainment is searching for a highly competent candidate to join SIE’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team which is responsible for IAM tool deployment, enhancements, and maintenance. This individual will work with various stakeholders (HR, Legal, IT, InfoSec) to build out and enhance existing IAM processes and engineer new solutions. The selected candidate will be capable of defining and executing on well-constructed operational strategies, processes, and procedures; as well as have excellent communication and organizational skills. </span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><strong><span style="color: #000000;">What you'll be doing:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Automating solutions for user onboarding and offboarding </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Enhancing existing onboarding solutions / tools. (Saviynt, OneIdentity Active Roles Server, Okta) </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Build out documentation around processes of various IAM tools. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Resolve identity related issues across the SIE organization. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Contribute to strategic roadmaps for IAM systems and programs for SIE. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Conduct regular or emergency maintenance or software upgrades as required </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Support dev / engineering teams alongside other IT DevOps staff </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Continuously work with stakeholders to enhance and evolve IAM program </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Prepare documentation for audits and acts as POC for audit issues </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Assist various IT teams with Active Directory migration tasks </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Support lifecycle management of identities, entitlements, and roles across multiple systems and applications. </span></li> </ul> <p style="color: !important;"><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">5+ years experience managing and maintaining Active Directory </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">5+ years experience in automating IT solutions </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">High level of attention to detail and accuracy </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Documentation of standards, methods and diagrams of environments </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Be available on an on-call basis to respond to pending issues or problems arising during non-business hours and provide support and response. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Ability to quickly learn new technologies </span></li> </ul> <p style="color: !important;"><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Qualifications: </span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Scripting experience required </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), IT processes and procedures, information security, and systems implementations required </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">OneIdentity Active Roles experience strongly preferred </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Strong knowledge of PowerShell required </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience with Identity and Access Management tools preferred (Sailpoint, Saviynt, etc...) </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience with SQL Server preferred </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience with Exchange Online / Entra ID preferred </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience with Okta preferred </span></li> </ul> <p style="color: !important;"><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Education: </span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">BS./B.A. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience preferred </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Technical certifications a plus, but not required </span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="p1">Please note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks.</p> <p class="p1">Please refer to our <a href="https://www.playstation.com/legal/careers-privacy-notice/" target="_blank">Candidate Privacy Notice</a> for more information about what pe
