<h2><strong><span data-contrast="auto">About the Role</span></strong></h2> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Role Overview</span></strong></h3> <p><span data-contrast="auto">We are looking to collaborate with a new <strong>Intermediate Designer</strong> with an architectural and/or interior design training and background to bring creativity, impeccable taste, rigor and passion to our design projects from conceptual development. This is a role in our London studio working in our multidisciplinary design team and collaborating regularly with our interiors team/s in New York. You will partner with clients to conceptualise, design, manage and execute functional, and fabulous architectural interior design plans. Every day, you will apply your hospitality design experience to new design contexts, bringing new ideas to life by collaborating with your team and developing projects through all design phases.</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Key Responsibilities</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Participating in client meetings and craft elaborate client presentations in InDesign </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Creating, producing and managing detailed design drawings using Revit or AutoCad </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Communication and cross collaboration to drive conceptual thinking on your projects </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Producing 3D models, sketches and boards to support your ideas </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Selecting, specifying and designing FF&E as well as architectural finishes</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> </ul> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Candidate Qualifications & Skills</span></strong></h3> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Required</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":0}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum of 3-5 year experience as a professional designer in a creative space</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrable experience in interior design and openness to transferring this experience to new design contexts</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Fluent in AutoCad 2020 and working knowledge of Revit</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with AI Illustration platforms such as Nano Banana & Krea</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Possess the ability to model in 3D Max, Rhino, Sketchup or Revit </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Desirable</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience in strategy within ambitious design projects</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with narrative driven projects</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working with interdisciplinary design teams such as digital media, technical design and theatrical design</span></li> </ul> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>Contract: </strong>This is a permanent contract in our London team.</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-props="{}"><strong>Location: </strong>This role is based within our London Studios.
