You will design and streamline manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness at scale.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize manufacturing processes for drone platforms and embedded subsystems.Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and product reliability.Define industrialization plans, including tooling, assembly procedures, and process documentation.Identify and mitigate production risks and bottlenecks.Support supplier qualification and manage relationships with manufacturing partners.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements.Candidate ProfileEngineering degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.Experience with industrialization or manufacturing process development for electronic or mechatronic products.Strong understanding of production processes, tooling, and assembly methods.Knowledge of quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, quality, and supply chain teams.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying production challenges.Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.Nice to HaveExperience in aerospace, defense, or robotics manufacturing.Familiarity with supplier qualification and manufacturing partner management.Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to defense or aerospace production.
