By mentoring engineers and influencing <br>architectural decisions, enhances the delivery of impactful, business-aligned solutions that support long-term <br>success.</p> <p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong><br>• Provide expert technical guidance and support to squads or pods, ensuring high-quality development and <br>alignment with business objectives.<br>• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business leaders to define technical solutions that <br>address strategic needs, align with roadmaps, and meet user expectations.<br>• Lead the design and development of complex software architectures, focusing on scalability, <br>maintainability, and performance while ensuring alignment with the organization’s technology roadmap.<br>• Influence architectural decisions by contributing to the strategic direction of technology solutions and <br>providing input on long-term engineering priorities.<br>• Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure <br>seamless execution of projects and alignment with organizational objectives.<br>• Mentor and coach junior and senior engineers, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing to <br>enhance team capabilities.<br>• Advocate for and implement best practices in software development, including TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and <br>secure coding principles.<br>• Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and <br>competitiveness across engineering projects.<br>• Monitor the performance of systems post-implementation, leveraging metrics to identify optimization <br>opportunities and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.<br>• Develop tools and automation scripts to streamline operational tasks and deployment processes, <br>ensuring consistency and reliability in delivery.<br>• Partner with SRE teams to optimize infrastructure, design fault-tolerant systems, and maintain SLA.<br>• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards, implementing robust protection <br>measures and maintaining high levels of quality assurance.<br>• Promote an autonomous work culture by encouraging self-management, accountability, and proactive <br>problem-solving among team members.<br>• Serve as a Spin Culture Ambassador to foster and maintain a positive, inclusive, and dynamic work <br>environment that aligns with the company's values and culture.<br><br><strong>Required Knowledge and Experience</strong><br>• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and <br>high-performance applications.<br>• Advanced expertise in programming languages such as .NET, Java, TypeScript, React, React Native, and <br>Node.js.<br>• Deep understanding of containerized development, microservices architecture, and REST API <br>consumption.<br>• Experience with modular architectures, reusable components, and superapps.<br>• Advanced knowledge of Git, conflict resolution, and CI/CD tools integrated into testing cycles (GitHub, <br>GitHub Actions, SonarCloud, Terraform, Docker).<br>• Demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy and contribute to architectural roadmaps.<br>• Practical experience with TDD, ATDD, and BDD methodologies, ensuring code quality and maintainability.<br>• Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.<br>• Expertise in secure development practices, including SAST, DAST, and MAST tools.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders <br>effectively.<br>• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience collaborating across diverse, cross-functional teams.<br>• Strong adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.<br>• Willingness to acquire knowledge in new technologies within Spin’s tech stack</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p data-start="0" data-end="86">En Spin estamos comprometidos con construir un lugar de trabajo diverso e inclusivo.</p> <p data-start="88" data-end="330" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">Creemos en la igualdad de oportunidades y promovemos un entorno libre de discriminación por motivos de raza, origen nacional, género, identidad de género, orientación sexual, discapacidad, edad o cualquier otra condición legalmente protegida.</p></div>
