We are not looking for someone to build prototypes or proofs of concept. We are looking for a technical leader with a strong software engineering foundation who has shipped AI agents, copilots, or agentic systems to production with real users, real traffic, and real operational accountability. As a Staff-level engineer, you will work alongside Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, Researchers, and squads from different tribes to define how agentic systems are architected, deployed,
