With over <strong>100,000</strong> users across industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, facilities management, and building fabric maintenance, we are entering a new era of intelligent automation, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making for service firms.</p></div><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Form Designer </strong>(Technical) who will be responsible for creating and optimizing SQL Reports, creating dynamic dashboards via built-in dashboard designer, <strong>Mobile Forms</strong> via <strong>Visual Studio</strong> and the built-in form builder while ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance. You will also collaborate with other developers to optimize in-application SQL statements as necessary and establishing best practices.</p> <p>As a <strong>Form Designer</strong>, you must be knowledgeable and customer oriented. Communication is everything for this role, so we expect you to amaze us with your presentation and documentation skills. We are further looking for superior technical expertise and a problem-solving aptitude.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Write custom reports using SQL to extract data from the Azure DB in most efficient manner. Advanced SQL scripting knowledge required.</li> <li>Develop dynamic dashboards by first creating a SQL script to feed into a dashboard followed by designing output using drag &amp; drop and interactive Tools in Stimulsoft.</li> <li>Advanced SQL scripting knowledge required along with basic understanding of dashboards.</li> <li>Create dynamic forms via built-in form builder. Analytical skills and designing experience required for best outcome.</li> <li>Proactively investigating bugs reported to the team and provide effective solutions.</li> <li>Be part of the Agile development cycle with effective communication and documentation skills.</li> <li>Prepare workflows and updates records in Jira and other Ticket Management Software’s.</li> <li>Communicate with the customer through different channels to analyse and evaluate technical requirements.</li> <li>Prioritize and manger multiple open issues at the same time.</li> <li>Manage customer escalations in accordance with agreed SLAs and support agreements.</li> <li>Respond to end-user problems whilst thinking creatively to provide bespoke solutions to individual customer needs.</li> <li>Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Coordinate issue resolution efforts with other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolutions are met and customer satisfaction is upheld.</li> <li>Reports and Dashboards Development, Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data in a user-friendly manner. Ensure data accuracy and reliability.</li> <li>Performance Optimization, Data Modelling, Data Integration, Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI. Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to automate data integration processes mainly with SQL database.</li> <li>Design integration workflows and architecture using and configure Zapier integrations by setting up triggers, actions, and data mappings between different applications. Use Zapier's visual interface to create and customize workflows that automate data transfers and synchronize information across systems.</li> <li>Application Integration, establish integrations between various cloud-based applications and Ensure data consistency and integrity during the integration process and testing and troubleshooting conduct thorough testing of Zapier integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and data integrity.</li> <li>Create comprehensive documentation, including workflows, configurations, and mappings, while providing technical support to clients via email and calls.</li> <li>Implement API endpoints using programming languages (such as Java, Python, or Node.js) and frameworks (such as Express or Flask).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Experience and Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Graduation Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.</li> <li>Minimum 2-years (recent) of proven related experience within an organisation that provides software solutions (preferably within the service management industry).</li> <li>Strong proficiency with SQL and experience with some of the modern relational databases.</li> <li>Must have excellent English communication
