We believe in practicing managers, who want to contribute to the code as well as grow engineers. This role will be responsible for coaching up to 5 engineers in growing their career and contributing code and coding practice to a team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coach and Mentorship: Manage up to 5 engineers, prioritizing their career growth, technical development, and day-to-day support.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Team Execution & Delivery: Take accountability for your team's goals and roadmap execution.
