Requirements About the Role As a Full Stack Developer at Richpanel, you'll play a critical role in building and optimizing applications that power customer support for thousands of brands. You'll balance speed , quality , and efficiency to ensure an exceptional user experience while taking features from concept to production . You Will Be a Great Fit If You ... Have 3+ years of full-stack development experience: Proven expertise with Vue.js (or similar frameworks like React.js) on the frontend, coupled with proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development. Have a strong CS foundation – You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science from a top-tier college (IITs, IIITs, BITS, NITs, or equivalent) or equivalent hands-on experience building complex systems. Key Responsibilities Ship features fast, but smartly – Develop, test, and deploy 1-2 major features/improvements per month , ensuring quality and performance. Fix issues quickly – Identify, debug, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks across the stack before they impact users. Write clean, modular code – Ensure code is readable, maintainable, and scalable , making future development easier. Maintain high code quality – Write and enforce unit and integration tests (~90%+ coverage) to catch issues early and prevent regressions. Manage data efficiently – Design and optimize MongoDB and SQL schemas , ensuring data flows efficiently and queries run fast. Take ownership – Break down tasks into realistic deliverables , prioritize effectively, and take features from idea to production without constant supervision. Embrace AI tools like Cursor – Leverage AI-assisted coding, automation tools, and efficient workflows to ship faster without sacrificing quality . Think beyond code – Build with the user in mind , ensuring every feature and fix improves the customer experience.
