That means building the training architecture, community programs, change management infrastructure, and workforce frameworks that help every Tekionite across both India and the US understand, embrace, and put AI to work in their daily jobs. You'll also be someone who actively uses AI yourself — not just advocates for it but models the kind of AI-powered working you're asking others to adopt.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":0,"335559737":0,"335559738":60,"335559739":100,"335559740":259}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}">&nbsp;</span><span data-contrast="none">This is a brand-new role on a newly formed team, which means you're building from the ground up with the full support of the CPO and senior leadership. Tek-Ascend launched its mandatory online training on July 13, 2026 — and there's a lot of runway ahead. Live workshops, a growing Champions Network, quarterly hackathons, a Showcase program, and a Build CoE pipeline of AI agents being deployed into workflows across every function.
