<p> </p> <p><strong>DevOps Engineer</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Important Information</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Singapore</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in <strong>onboarding to our internal DevOps platform</strong> and <strong>curated Azure services</strong></li> <li>Drive the <strong>re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure</strong> while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principles</li> <li>Drive the <strong>migration of CI/CD pipelines</strong> from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements</li> <li>Collaborate closely with development teams, <strong>educating and enabling</strong> them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development</li> <li>Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating <strong>templates, documentation, and training materials</strong> that simplify platform adoption</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirement:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Software engineer</strong> with profound hands-on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)</li> <li>Practical experience building and maintaining <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab)</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>DevOps principles</strong>, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Microsoft Azure</strong> services and <strong>Infrastructure-as-Code</strong></li> <li>Experience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus<u>,</u> Helm, Docker, Kubernetes)</li> <li>Experience working in air-gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries</li> <li>Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage</li> <li>Fluency in English (written/verbal)</li> <li>Excellent communication and coaching skills — able to simplify complex topics and guide teams through change</li> <li>Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Experience working in <strong>agile environments</strong> (SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>About Encora</strong></p> <p>Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
