Company Introduction Polymer Capital Management is a market-neutral, multi-manager investment platform based in and focused on Asia. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and improve infrastructure as code (IaC) deployments. Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance. Manage infrastructure environments in AWS or Data Centers, including compute, storage, and network services. Configure and maintain network security tools, identity services, and access management systems, particularly using Okta. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to guarantee availability and reliability. Collaborate with development teams to align infrastructure with application development needs. Ensure disaster recovery and backups are properly configured and regularly tested. Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in infrastructure management. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in STEM majors Strong background in Linux administration Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) Experience with IaC (e.g. Terraform) Experience with AWS management Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Strong programming background is a plus Experience with managing data centers is a plus Relevant certifications are a plus Benefits Prime Location: You'll work full-time from our centrally located office space in the heart of Taipei.
