You will resolve customer issues, drive root-cause analysis, and scale support through documentation, AI, automation, and self-service resources. Acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams, you will identify systemic issues, influence priorities, and ensure customer feedback leads to measurable improvements in products, documentation, and support effectiveness.
