This position is intended for an experienced controls professional who can step into active projects with minimal ramp-up and design, program, troubleshoot, modify, and commission control systems from day one.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":120,"335559740":254}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The successful contractor must have deep hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMIs and must be able to develop complete electrical control drawings from scratch for new equipment, system modifications, and field installations.</span><span <li><span data-contrast="auto"> Diagnose root causes of controls and electrical failures and implement practical, permanent corrective actions</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto"> Support emergency and high-priority troubleshooting when equipment or production systems are down</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto"> Verify system operation after modifications and ensure changes are
