Through our subsidiaries, Moniepoint Inc. processes over $250 billion in digital payment transaction value annually.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>As an Associate Product Manager at TeamApt, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring effective collaboration between cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality switching solutions. You will be responsible for guiding teams in adopting and practising Agile methodologies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</p> <p><strong>Core Responsibility</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage project scope and timelines.</li> <li>Facilitate all Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring well-defined, estimated, and development-ready user stories.</li> <li>Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder Scrum team progress, promoting a collaborative problem-solving environment.</li> <li>Monitor team metrics and key performance indicators to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.</li> <li>Document deployment and release versions for bug fixes, enhancements, and new features.</li> <li>Act as a mediator between the product-engineering team and the support-engineering team to document and convey new jars for proper deployment in bank environments (Direct to Bank Solutions).</li> <li>Manage and oversee team operations on Jira.</li> <li>Distribute sprint and weekly reports to stakeholders.</li> <li>Coach team members in Agile frameworks.</li> <li>Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.</li> <li>Assist teams in implementing changes effectively.</li> <li>Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication within and across teams.</li> <li>Stay informed of industry trends and developments in Agile and Scrum methodologies, and contribute to the continuous evolution of Agile practices at Teamapt.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>A prior experience in payment systems or banking.</li> <li>Previous experience, preferably in backend development, as a software engineer is advantage</li> <li>At least 3 years of experience in a Scrum master role</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.</li> <li>Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and facilitating solutions.</li> <li>Experience with Agile tools and software, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.</li> <li>Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li> <li>A passion for continuous learning and improvement, both for yourself and your teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we can offer you</strong></p> <ul> <li>Culture -We put our people first and prioritize the well-being of every team member.
