<p><strong>Minimum Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in IT from an accredited institution.</li> <li>Above 2 years of experience in IT application development environment (<em>Application solutioning on design and development – digital IT systems) </em></li> <li>Strong experience in execution of IT projects with high level of expertise in system application and technology implementation delivery.</li> <li>Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with middle management team, internal & external stakeholders </li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Domain proficiency in insurance business and its operations including distribution channels modus operandi is essential</li> <li>Able to work independently and highly self-motivated</li> <li>Able to work with peers and other stakeholders, a team player </li> </ul> <p><u>Technical skills required: </u></p> <ul> <li>Core Competency Requirements</li> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge in developing ASP.NET Core application</li> <li>Strong knowledge of HTML,HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX and Bootstrap</li> <li>Strong knowledge of relational database (SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle) and T-SQL</li> <li>Strong knowledge on bitbucket and Jira along with CICD deployment</li> <li>Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs(Rest API)</li> </ul> </ul>
