You'll create AI-powered workflows, prompts, and agentic solutions that automate test generation, execution, failure analysis, and bug reporting. Working closely with Engineering, you'll help embed AI-driven automation across the entire R&D lifecycle.<br><br></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Build Playwright Automation:</strong> Design, build, and maintain reliable end-to-end automation frameworks with a strong focus on stability and low-flakiness.</li> <li><strong>Build AI-Powered Testing Workflows:</strong> Develop agentic workflows and LLM-driven pipelines for automated test generation, execution, self-healing, failure analysis, and bug creation.</li> <li><strong>Drive AI Adoption:</strong> Lead the adoption of AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and similar across QA and engineering workflows.</li> <li><strong>Integrate with CI/CD: </strong>Embed Playwright automation and AI-driven analysis into GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines, including automated test reporting and root cause analysis.</li> <li><strong>Test AI Features: </strong>Develop strategies to validate AI/LLM-powered product features, including prompt behavior, output quality, and agent state management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of hands-on experience as an Automation Engineer.</li> <li>2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test suites using Playwright.</li> <li>Strong programming skills in TypeScript or Python.</li> <li>Daily hands-on experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.</li> <li>Experience building AI-powered workflows using LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks.</li> <li>Strong understanding of different LLMs and the ability to choose the right model for different tasks.</li> <li>Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions is a plus).</li> <li>Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments (startup experience is a plus).<br><strong><br>Why join us?</strong><br><br></li> <li>Real ownership from day one.
