opportunities across commercial and operations workflows where AI can redesign how work gets done, working closely with the teams involved</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Build custom AI tools, agents, automations and end-to-end workflows, building hip-to-hip with the team so how it was made is visible and reusable from the start</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Coach teams through the build process, going deep on the parts that stretch their AI capability so it grows in practice</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Help adapt proof of concepts built for one team and support their adoption across others</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Document what was built and how it was built, producing demos, tutorials and worked examples that others can learn from</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proficiency with modern AI development tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks and workflow automation platforms</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Able to think in systems and workflows, from the shape of the problem down to the tool that solves it</li> <li
